The workshops are run over two consecutive days.
Cost is $330 which includes notes, lunch, protective clothing and tuition. There will be a milk charge depending on the type of cheese made. Our teacher is Carole Willman from Cheeselinks who can supply all home cheese making ingredients.
All participants are encouraged to enter the Robertson Show Home Cheese Making Competition,March 5- 6. This is a fun event. For those wishing to improve their skills a Q&A with the cheese judge and the cheese maker is planned for a time (TBA) after the show.
