WORKSHOPS 

The following workshop dates have been confirmed for 2010.

27-28 February
Camembert, Fetta, Gourmet Fetta, Yoghurt, Marscapone

20-21 March         
Parmesan, Haloumi, Mozzarella

22-23 May         
Fresh Goat, Triple Cream Brie, Tomme, Fromage Frais 

18-19 September        
Cheddar, Blue, Sour Cream

30-31 October           
Swiss cheese, Gouda, cultured butter

20-21 November        
Camembert/Washed rind, Fetta, Gourmet Fetta, Yoghurt, Marscapone

The workshops are run over two consecutive days.
Cost is $330 which includes notes, lunch, protective clothing and tuition.  There will be a milk charge depending on the type of cheese made.  Our teacher is Carole Willman from Cheeselinks who can supply all home cheese making ingredients. 

All  participants are encouraged to enter the Robertson Show Home Cheese Making Competition,March 5- 6.  This is a fun event. For those wishing to improve their skills a Q&A with the cheese judge and the cheese maker is planned for  a time (TBA) after the show.

Cost $170 incl GST.
