Some recipe ideas!
StAminay - On a bagel with a dollop of jam. Yummy!
- Steamed asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon then topped with slices of StAminay
- Sliced over salad or steamed vegies
Eastern Fetta - For that lazy Sunday morning breakfast try: Smoked salmon on toast or 1/2 muffin,
add poached egg then dollop of Eastern Fetta.
Wicked Blue - with Far Meadow Marinated Figs or fresh sweet fruit.
- Slightly melted over caulflower
- Make a cheese sauce with a small amount of blue.
Spoon over savoury pancakes with your favourite filling
- Cauliflower and blue vein soup
Fettice - crumbled over roasted vegies then warmed in the oven to finish.
- Serve a tossed salad with olives and Small Cow Farm soft creamy fetta.
- Use in an omlette instead of cheddar
